I had one already identical bought in Morrisons in the UK at £1.00, it serves us for so many years (since 2007) that when I discovered it got rusty I was gutted. It was still working by the way. I so decided to buy another one, and with the reverse image search of Aliexpress I found this. I’m now super happy.
Many instructions show to put the knife on a flat surface, and scarily to run this thing on the blade. Well, try the opposite: the sharpener on the edge of the flat surface (that’s why it has that sort of “beak” on the handle side) and run the blade on it.
