Hi, I received the item spilled. My carrier put the envelop into a little sealed box to avoid more contamination. I assume that the content lost was the half of the 20 ml, because the liquid height was 1.5 cm.
I don't open a dispute because litterally I needed only four drops and I am happy with the product because I welded some small batteries.
